The View by drop-down is used to select the productivity group. The information displayed in the table changes based on the selected productivity group. If you select All, you can see all productivity group information for all users by expanding the user name. If you select a specific group such as Unproductive, the values displayed for total connections, blocked connections, total session time, and data transferred reflect only the Unproductive category.
All productivity groups in this drop-down are assigned different color-coded dots for easy identification.
The Limit drop-down sets the maximum number of users displayed. You can also click Refresh to refresh the page, use the Column Selection button to edit the visible columns, and use the Export button to export the table in CSV format.
Click on an individual User Name to see additional browsing information for the user.
At the top of the page, a color-coded chart of the Summarized Values across productive categories is displayed for the selected user. The information is divided into three sections for each By Metric, showing the percentage values of productive categories as individual colors. A color legend at the top shows the colors assigned for each category. You can hover on the colors to see additional information. Information for all custom groups is displayed under a single color.
You can change the selected user using the drop-down at the top of the page.

The Heat Map is a color-coded chart that shows the hourly distribution of the top websites browsed by the user. For example, you can identify browsing patterns during and outside office hours. Darker shades indicate a higher number of connections for a website at that particular hour. Hover over a colored box to see more information about the website.
If the selected time range is more than 24 hours (for example, 3 days), the heat map shows an aggregate across all days for each hour.
If you have applied a filter on the table view for a web category or productivity category, the heat map displays only the information related to that filtered category.
If you have changed the sort order of the table using the Arrow symbol, the heat map displays only the information related to that metric.
