PSA Hub

You access the PSA Hub on the Unified Management | Admin Settings > Third-party Integrations > PSA Hub page.

PSA Hub is powered by MSP Centric and available for all Unified Management MSP Partners to integrate their choice of PSA (Professional Services Automation) Platforms. The Managed Services provider (MSP) would like to centralize business operations for SonicWall products via standard PSA platforms i.e. ConnectWise, Datto Autotask, Halo PSA, etc.

PSA Hub portal on Unified Management allows MSPs to sync the SonicWall products information to their PSA, allowing them to manage the customers via the PSA platform.
