Logs

The Logs section provides the tools to view the system logs, authentication logs and auditing logs as well as download the logs in CSV format. Firewall logs can be used by the administrator for troubleshooting network.

You can access the system logs by navigating to Monitor > Logs > System Logs page. The Auditing Logs feature is available only in Firewall View.

 

  • Make sure that syslog Port is set to 514 on the firewall in the Firewall View | Device > Log > Syslog > Syslog Servers tab.

  • Make sure that port 514 is not blocked by the firewall or any security policies.
