Firewall Connector Setup

If your configuration includes a SonicWall firewall, you should configure it prior to configuring CSE. If you don't have a firewall, you can skip to Setting Up Cloud Secure Edge to install the connector on the CSE infrastructure.

SonicOS 7.1.2 and later supports the Global Edge Network deployment type. With this capability, any organization can deploy SonicOS as a Cloud Secure Edge Connector. The Connector is a dial-out connector that establishes a secure tunnel with CSE's Global Edge Network. It can be deployed in any location with connectivity to your internal services. There is no change to the control plane. The Cloud Command Center is always delivered as a cloud Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) offering.
