The following suggests best practices for maintaining and optimizing your Cloud Secure Edge environment.

Recommendation	Guideline
Regular policy audits	Periodically review security policies and network segmentation.
Patch management	If you have a solution that includes a Firewall Connector, be sure SonicOS is updated with the latest security patches and maintenance releases.
License renewals and upgrades	Monitor license expiration dates to ensure service continuity.
User management	If you use SCIM, most user management tasks are automated. If you don't, you should regularly review and update user roles, access levels, and remove inactive accounts.
Trust Scoring	Cloud Secure Edge calculates Trust Levels for all the devices in your fleet for use in access policies. Trust Status should be reviewed regularly to be sure the defined criteria are the most up to date.
