Alerts

The SonicWall Unified Management > Capture Client > Overview > Alerts page displays details of all the alerts that are generated on any device under a tenant or account.

Functionalities on this page include:

  • Filter - To filter the user list, click the filter icon and select the check the boxes for the required fields.

  • Export - To export and download the alert details to CSV file, click export icon .

  • Refresh - To refresh data, click refresh icon .

  • Delete - You can delete an alert or delete multiple alerts or delete all alerts.

    To delete an alert

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Hover over the alert you want to delete.

    3. Click the delete icon in the row of the selected alert.

    To delete multiple alerts

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Select the alerts you want to delete.

    3. Click on the top right corner.

    4. Select Delete.

    To delete all the alerts

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Click the delete all icon in the top right corner.

  • Mark as Read - You can mark an alert as read or mark multiple alerts as read or mark all alerts as read.

    To mark an alert as read

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Hover over the alert you want to mark as read.

    3. Click the mark as read icon in the row of the selected alert.

    To mark multiple alerts as read

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Select the alerts you want to delete.

    3. Click on the top right corner.

    4. Select Mark as Read.

    To mark all the alerts as read

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Click the mark all as read icon in the top right corner.

  • Mark as New - You can mark any alert(s) as new.

    To mark alert(s) as new

    1. Navigate to Overview > Alerts.

    2. Select the alert(s) you want to mark as new.

    3. Click on the top right corner.

    4. Select Mark as New.
