Client Installer

The SonicWall Unified Management > Capture Client > Management > Client Installer page displays details of all the supported client installers, cleaner utility and end of support date for each installer.

Client Installer is a tenant level option and can't be viewed if account is selected. To view this page, select a tenant.

Each Client Installer is associated with an End of Support (EOS) date. Client Installers will automatically get deleted from this list after end of support date. On attempting to download an Installer which is about to reach the End of Support (EOS), a pop-up indicating the same will be displayed and will be downloaded only on confirmation.

For every tenant where the Alert for End of Support is enabled under Management tab of Capture Client > Management > Notifications, an alert is generated indicating the number of affected endpoints and the client version that is approaching End of Support.

For every tenant where the Send Email notification for End of Support is enabled under Management tab of Capture Client > Management > Notifications, an email will be generated.
