SSLVPN: No routes found

Description

SSLVPN clients gets the error: Connection failure: no routes found!

Image

Generally, this is due to missing routes under SSLVPN client settings. Same can be verified using the below link.

Resolution

But if all the routes and settings are correct, then we may need to look at user settings and Netextender version.

On 10.2.331 version and earlier, when the option "User must change password" is selected, then there was also the same error.

Once this option "User must change password" was disabled, then the login works.

To fix this, it is recommended to update the Netextender to the latest version.
