Botnet Filtering

Botnet Filtering is a network security feature that blocks communication with known botnet command-and-control servers, helping prevent malicious activity. Because this feature operates at the network level, it doesn’t apply policies to individual users or groups.

Integrating SAML authentication adds an extra layer of protection. SAML ensures that only authenticated users can access the network, reducing the risk of compromised devices participating in botnet activity and improving overall security. Botnet Filtering doesn’t provide an option to apply policies directly to users or user groups. It operates only at the network level.
