Enabling Non-Reversible Password Storage

To enabling non-reversible password storage

  1. Navigate to Device > Users > Settings > Authentication.
  2. Select Enable non-reversible storage of passwords. This option is not selected by default.

  3. A warning message will appear asking whether to convert existing passwords to irreversible hashes. Once converted, original passwords cannot be recovered.

    Click OK and select Accept.
