Wireless: What does BandOver event means ?

What does the below log means? does that mean if Band Steering is enabled we will be seeing 2.4 BandOver.

“2.4G BandOver event at Villa 14 GF 1,utilities 44%” 

Band steering is enabled as Prefer 5ghz. The area where 2.4Ghz is broadcasted is “Vila 14 GF 1”.

Also need to know utilities 44% mean.

We are seeing this msg under the Log messages of SonicWall device.

The message means 2.4G band is overload, we should steer some clients to 5G now.

44% is utilization ratio on 2.4G band, which means in a time interval, 44% of the time interval is busy on the air.
