How to manage Tenant Products in MSSP Monthly (Download CSV, Download XLS , Transfer, Delete, Remove from MSSP Monthly)

•         Login to MySonicWall account
•   Navigate to Monthly Billing | Monthly Products and Click the more actions icon next to the product
  

• The following actions can be performed on this product
  
  Edit Product Provisioning: This Section allows you to make changes to the product
  
  Open CSC Console: Will allow you to access the CSC Portal
  Download CSV: will export the particular product and its tenant data in CSV format
  Download XLS: will export the particular product and its tenant data in XLS format
  Transfer: will allow the product to be transferred to another tenant
  
  Delete: Will delete the product from the tenant’s account
  
  Remove from MSSP Monthly: will remove the product from the MSSP Monthly billing and revert the tenant to the term or annual license
