How to delete multiple cloud backup for a firewall?

Description

For the SonicOSX on GEN7 and on SonicOS on GEN6 firmwares, there is an option to create a cloud backup of the settings exp files. These cloud backup files can be accessed by logging into the mysonicwall.com account associated with the device.

 

Resolution

Multiple serial numbers can be registered on the mysonicwall.com account in order to delete the cloud backup files for these serial numbers. Follow the steps below.

 

1> After logging into the mysonicwall.com website, Go To My Workspace> Products > Select the filter option on the Left Corner as indicated in the image below. 

 

 

2> Once on the filtered page, select the PRODUCT TYPE as All and CLOUD BACKUPS STORED to YES.

 

 

3> Select the 3 dots option under the ACTIONS as indicated in the image below for the associated serial number.

 

 

4> Once you click the option for ACTION, select the option to Delete Cloud Backups.
