How to change a country code for a SonicWave?

Description

How to change the country code on MySonicwall account and synchronize it with WiFi Network Manager.

Resolution

In order to change the country code for the SonicWaves please apply the following steps>

  1. Login to MySonicwall account.
  2. Navigate to Product Management | My products and select the device that you wish to change the country code by clicking on the 3 dots in the right and select View details.Image
  3. Click in Country to choose the country code. Make sure that your Access Point is an International device (INTL) otherwise you won´t be able to change the country code. What are the differences between a SonicPoint/SonicWave domestic and international country code?

  4. Now select the country code and click on Confirm.

  5. In order to synchronize the information with Wireless Network Manager (WNM), Log in to the WNM and navigate to Settings | General | Start Syncing.Image
  6. Now the AP country code should be the same as selected on MySonicwall Account.
