GEN8 Firewalls show Down status in On-Prem Syslog Analytics

In 2025 it was announced that the On-Premise Analytics product will be retired.  Key dates of this announcement are listed below.  Due to the product being retired, the Syslog Analytics license will not be offered for GEN8 Firewalls (such as TZ 280, NSa 2800, etc). 

The On-Premise Analytics server will not likely prevent you from adding the firewall to the list of monitored devices.  However, the device will likely remain Offline showing a Red status icon and/or show that the License Status is Unavailable/Expired on the Overview>Status page.

• Last Order Day: January 31, 2026
• End of Support (EOS): January 31, 2028
