Problem Description:
Configure Realm and community on appliance.
Resolution/Workaround:
Following information will be used to configure Realm and community on appliance.

Step 1: Login to AMC using Primary Administrator.
Step 2: From Navigation menu, click Realms.
Step 3: Click the click here link to create the first realm.
The General Screen Appears. Fill in the required information as mentioned above or as per your requirement.
Step 4: In the Name box, type: EchoFloor.
Step 5: In the Description box, type: All EchoFloor Employees.
Step 6: Under Status, leave the Enabled option selected.
Step 7: Leave the Display this realm checkbox selected.
Step 8: From Authentication server drop-down list, select EchoFloor AD. If you haven't created Authentication server then create one by navigating to System Configurations > Authentication Servers.
Step 9: Click Next.
Step 10: Click the plus sign (+) next to Default community.
Step 11: Click the Access Methods link.
Step 12: From the Browser access method page, uncheck all the access methods as well as the agent requirements at the bottom of the screen.
Step 13: Click OK, then click Finish and apply pending changes on right hand corner to save the changes.
