SMA100 reached End-of-Support (EOS) status as of October 31, 2025. As a result, SonicWall will no longer be providing technical support, firmware updates or replacing defective hardware (RMA).

No-Charge Replacement Program
The no-charge replacement program ended on December 1st, 2025 and as a result, the online web form via https://www.sonicwall.com/sma-100-replacement-program has been taken offline.
