Supported Operating Systems and Browsers

Modern browsers have removed support for NPAPI plug-ins and Oracle has deprecated the plug-in architecture with Java version 9 which affects the ability to use Java on browsers. To overcome these limitations, Connect Agent is enhanced to support Windows and Mac Operating Systems.
