Notifications

Navigate to Management > Notifications to customize receivers & tags and to customize the receiving Severity Conditions.

To enable and customize the notification

1. Click the Enabled toggle switch to enable the notification.
2. Type the Receivers and Tags details on the field under the Customize Receivers & Tags section.
   1. Click + button to add the Receivers on the Receivers field.
   2. Click + button to add the Tags on the Tags field.

3. Select the Reason button under the Customize Receiving Severity Conditions section.

   

4. To receive an emails for alerts, select the severity from the drop-down for the following conditions:
   • On Command Execution
   • On Download
   • On Scan
   • In Memory
   • On Image Load
   • On Process Behavior
   • Custom Rules

5. Select the Severity button under the Customize Receiving Severity Conditions section.

   

6. To receive an emails for alerts, select the Severity from the drop-down. Based on the severity such as Info, Low, Medium, and High. An alert notify with the selected severity status.
7. Click Save.
