Add and Remove Tenants from Affiliated User Groups

You can now Add and Remove tenants from affiliated user groups

To add tenants to an affiliated user group

  1. Navigate to My Workspace > User Groups.

  2. Select an Affiliated User Group from the list, then another panel with three tab Tenants, Users, and Permissions will be displayed.

  3. Click on the Tenants tab.

  4. Click on the Add Tenants button at the bottom of the panel, the Add Tenants pop-up is displayed

  5. Select the Tenants that you want to add

  6. Click on Add button, to add the selected tenants.

To remove a tenant from an affiliated user group

  1. Navigate to My Workspace > User Groups.

  2. Select an Affiliated User Group from the list, then another panel with three tab Tenants, Users, and Permissions will be displayed.

  3. Click on the Tenants tab. List of existing tenants is displayed

  4. Click on the Remove button for the tenant to be removed.
