Syncing Capture Client Alerts

The alert sync service runs in background at 20 minutes interval for each configured MSW user. All the tenants that are configured and enabled for sync are considered for the alert sync operation.

For each enabled tenant, if the tenant has a Capture Client associated with it, the alert sync operation:

  • Adds the Capture Client alerts with critical and high severity as tickets in PSA Integrations for the configured Service Board and with selected priority.
  • Considers the latest 100 alerts in the last 10 minutes.

The following details are set in each ticket from the alert:

  • The Alert message in Ticket Summary
  • Service Board
  • Priority
  • The company and agreement mapped with MSW Tenant
