Enabling Sync for Tenant

The PSA Integrations page shows the list of all the tenants added under your account in a tabular form with an option to select Company and Agreement.

1. Select a COMPANY and corresponding AGREEMENT from the respective drop-down lists for the TENANT.

2. Enable or disable the SYNC STATUS for syncing products for the Tenant.

    

   • You can enable the SYNC STATUS only if both the COMPANY and AGREEMENT are selected for the TENANT.

   • The Last Sync shows the last time when the products were synced for the TENANT.
