Cannot download latest EPC signatures (16.06.12.15) from signature server

It has been identified an issue with some customers not being able to download the latest version of the EPC signatures (16.06.12.15) from the signature server. When trying to download the signatures, the following error appears on the logs:

"OPSWAT: Download OPSWAT package failed. 
OPSWAT: Unable to verify the new package." 

Our engineering department is currently investigating this.

A solution/workaround to this issue is to create a static DNS entry like the following from "Network" > "Host Resolution"

204.212.170.156   sigserver.global.sonicwall.com

After creating this entry, go to "End Point Control" > "Status" > click on "Update" and the version 16.06.12.15 will appear on the right-hand side of the "Available version".
