Overview
This article announces the Last Time Buy (LTB) opportunity for the following hardware products:
- NSa 2700
- NSa 3700
As part of our product lifecycle management, these models are approaching End-of-Sale (EOS) and will no longer be available for purchase after the specified LTB date. Customers are encouraged to evaluate replacement options and plan their transition accordingly.

Active Retirement Mode (ARM) is an announcement that we are no longer actively manufacturing or selling the product. Support contracts will continue to be available during this phase for the product |

LRM Begin |
11/1/2027 |
Limited Retirement Mode (LRM) serves as a notification that we that we will no longer develop or release firmware updates or new features for these products. |
|
1 Year LOD |
11/1/2029 |
One-Year Support Last Order Day represents the final day to purchase a one-year support contract or subscription service that bundles support from SonicWall Partners. |
|
End Of Support |
11/1/30 |
End of Support (EOS) is an announcement to indicate that we will no longer provide technical support, firmware updates/upgrades or hardware replacement for the product, and that all remaining unique inventory or materials will become unavailable. |
Recommended Migration Path
Customers should consider transitioning to newer models that provide equivalent or enhanced performance and longer support lifecycles.
- Replacement for 2700: NSa 2800 and above
- Replacement for 3700: NSa 3800 and above

- Extended support lifecycle
