Reports

SES offers the ability to generate distributable reports on the threat trends for the SES deployment on the network. Reporting is an essential function that allows administrators to review how their network is being protected, what gaps exist, how threats are being addressed and what actions they may need to take. The various reports can help communicate the value of deploying SES Endpoint protection to the business stakeholders.

A Filter function is provided at the top of the table to find a specific report name and status efficiently. Click Filter, and search string in the report name, select the preparing or ready status and interval fields immediately shows the results.

The simple view (default) of the Reports list includes the following information for each reports being monitored:

• Tenant
• Name
• Interval

Click Clear to refresh data.

Generating Reports

To generate a report

1. Click Reports. You can view the generated Reports by default.

2. Click the +Create button.
3. Enter the Report Name.

4. Select the Interval from drop-down to view the last 24 hours or 7 days or 30 days report.

   

5. Click Confirm. A confirmation pop-up appears indicating that the report is being prepared.
6. Once the report status shows as ready, select the report and click Download to get pdf generated report.
