Agent Services

A small icon is loaded on your desktop tray and click the SonicWall Endpoint Security icon to displays the dashboard.

Click the to check for the latest updates.

Navigate to the Threat Detections tab to view all the threat detections on the Endpoint.

Navigate to the Agent Details tab to view the following details.

Options	Details
General Information	Displays the Endpoint ID, Hostname, Username, Tenant, and Group information.
Updates	Displays the Threat Intelligence Database Timestamp (UTC) and the policies updates record of the time.
Connections	Displays the status of the services(Running or Stopped) and the Connection Status (Connected or Disconnected).
Policy Settings	This displays the Active policies, such as Behavior Detection, Block Execution until RTDMI verdict, RTDMI verdict Block, File Detection and Memory Detection.

Navigate to the Logs tab to save the logs file and choose a directory to save the logs.
