Discontinued Support for InfoBright MYSQL reporting database in GMS/Analyzer - Nov. 30, 2018

SonicWall will discontinue support for Infobright MYSQL reporting database in GMS/Analyzer on November 30, 2018

All GMS/Analyzer customers using Infobright MYSQL reporting database must migrate from Infobright MYSQL reporting database to PostGres reporting database on or before November 30, 2018 to continue availing support services on GMS/Analyzer reporting.
SonicWall will continue supporting PostGres reporting database in GMS/Analyzer.

How do I know the type of Reporting Database GMS/Analyzer is using?

You can find it at multiple locations on GMS/Analyzer:

• Login to GMS/Analyzer and navigate to UMH | Deployment | Services. The service ‘Reporting Database II’ indicates the version is using PostGres.
  
• Navigate to the about page by clicking Application | Console | Help | About
  The Postgres reporting database is indicated by the version such as: Report Database Version: PostgreSQL 9.2.2 (IB_33928), shared on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-44), 64-bit
