Endpoints Migration

The scope info page allows for migrating all endpoints from one scope to another.

The Migration Tool supports the endpoints migration as follows:

• Endpoints migration supports from one tenant to tenant within the same account.
• Endpoints migration supports from one tenant to tenant from the different account.
• Endpoints migration supports from one group to group from the different Tenant.

To migrate the endpoints from one scope to another

1. Select the Account > Tenant and navigate to Policy > Scope Info. On the Migration Tool section, click Migrate Key.

   1. First, copy the migration key from the another scope (Tenant).

      To copy the migration key, select the another Account > Tenant. Navigate to Policy > Scope Info. Under the Scope Info section, you can copy the Tenant ID or under the Migration Tool section, click the Migrate button and copy the Migration Key from the dialogue box.

   2. Select the current Account > Tenant. Navigate to Policy > Scope Info. Under the Scope Info section, you can copy the Tenant ID or under the Migration Tool section, click the Migrate button and the Migration Tool dialogue box appears.

   3. Enter the copied Migration key into the Target Scope Migration Key field.

   Endpoints migration doesn’t support moving endpoints from one account to another.

   

2. (Optional) To migrate Endpoints from the current scope to another scope (for example, one Tenant to Tenant within the same Account).

   1. Select the current Account > Tenant. Navigate to Policy > Scope Info. Under the Scope Info section, you can copy Tenant ID or under the Migration Tool section, click the Migrate button and the Migration Tool dialogue box appears.

   2. Enter the copied Migration key from another scope tenant into the Target Scope Migration Key field.

   3. Click Migrate to move the endpoints from another tenant to the current tenant.
