OTP Via Mail

For OTP via mail, the firewall should be configured with a mail server as a mail sender for sending the one-time password.

To configure the firewall

1. On the firewall, navigate to Device > Users > Local Users & Groups.
2. Select a user and edit the record, or if adding a new user, click +Add User.
3. For a new user fill in the fields needed.

4. Update the field for One-time password method and select OTP via Mail.

   

5. Enter the E-mail Address of the user.

6. Click Save.
