How to submit False Positives ad False Negatives directly from the SonicWall Email security appliance (Only after the firmware version 10.0.10)

Description

If the junk emails are received in your Inbox or any good or legit emails are sent to the Junk box,  then the Email Security administrator can directly submit them as junk or good from the Email Security appliance for analysis. This excludes the emails which are marked as spam or good by Policy filters, RBLs configured in Anti-spam section or SPF and DKIM. 



Resolution

Please follow the below steps to submit them

1. Log in to the Email security appliance as Administrator

2. Go to Investigate | Message logs 

3. Select the Junk emails that are sent to Inbox (you can select multiple)

4. Click on the "Submit As Junk" button as shown in the screenshot

And if you want to submit the Junk email that has been delivered to Inbox 

1. Go to Investigate | Junk Box

2. Select the Good emails that are sent to the Junk box (you can select multiple) 

3.  Click on the "Submit As Good" button as shown in the screenshot

NOTE: This will submit the emails to the Sonicwall Spam Review team for further analysis and remediation.
