Zach Yarnes

Zach Yarnes serves as Chief of Staff at SonicWall, where he directs strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and improving efficiency across the organization’s global teams. In his position, Zach is dedicated to advancing SonicWall’s partner-first vision and accelerating company growth through streamlined revenue processes.

Since returning to SonicWall in 2022, Zach has played a key role in revitalizing core programs and spearheading operational transformation. He established the company’s revenue operations function, led integration efforts for multiple acquisitions, and was instrumental in modernizing partner programs such as the SecureFirst Partner Program. Additionally, he oversaw the development of important initiatives including the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program and introduced a cross-functional process and cadence for new product introductions.

Prior to his current role, Zach held leadership positions at StorageCraft, Dell, and SonicWall, focusing on installed base sales and sales operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
