Lisa Mayo

Lisa Mayo serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at SonicWall, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s comprehensive accounting functions. This includes managing technical accounting, tax strategy, revenue recognition, treasury operations, and ensuring rigorous compliance with all financial regulations. Since joining SonicWall in July 2022, Lisa has been focused on enhancing the company’s financial reporting and controls, driving improvements in transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency. She has played a key role in streamlining processes to align with evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements, positioning SonicWall for continued financial growth and stability.

In her leadership capacity, Lisa works closely with senior management to ensure that SonicWall’s financial strategies support the company’s broader business objectives. Her expertise helps to navigate complex financial landscapes, mitigate risks, and maintain a strong compliance framework across all accounting areas. 

Prior to joining SonicWall, Lisa held senior financial roles in tech companies including Dell and HID Global.  She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
