Jonathan Berger is the Senior Vice President, Global Channels and Alliance at SonicWall, where he is responsible for driving the company's global partner strategy and accelerating growth across its MSP, MSSP, and reseller ecosystem. He brings to the role a perspective rare among channel executives: he has spent more than a decade leading the partner side of the business, having served in executive roles at BlueAlly — one of SonicWall's largest channel partners — where he built and scaled a cybersecurity-focused VAR, MSP, and MSSP.
That firsthand experience running a partner organization gives Jonathan a ground-level understanding of what it takes for MSPs and MSSPs to compete and grow in the modern security landscape. At BlueAlly, he developed go-to-market strategies, co-sell programs, and demand-generation campaigns across a broad portfolio of security vendors, translating those partnerships into measurable revenue outcomes and long-term customer relationships.
Jonathan's approach to channel leadership is rooted in the belief that partner success and vendor success are inseparable — and that the strongest channel ecosystems are built on programs that deliver real business value, not just margin incentives.
Originally from South Africa, Jonathan began his career founding and operating an ITSP, VoIP, and MSP business before relocating to the United States — an experience that shaped his international perspective and makes the global scope of his role at SonicWall a natural fit. He subsequently held executive leadership roles including CEO of Saicom Voice Services, COO of Virtual Graffiti, and most recently Chief Marketing Officer at BlueAlly. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
