SMB SSL-VPN: SRA RDP sessions frequently dropping

Resolution

Please try adjusting the session and connection timeouts on both the SRA appliance and any appliance that sits between the endpoint client and the destination server. If the SRA appliance is behind a firewall, increase TCP timeout on the firewall and enable fragmentation.
