I receive a message about Grey Market when trying to register my SonicWall

Description

The unit which you are attempting to register appears to have been sold to a foreign entity that was not authorized to sell into the USA. If you are able to return the device at this time, we suggest you do so to ensure you are not using a non-compliant, used or otherwise potentially tampered-with network security appliance.

Resolution

Please contact GreyMarketPrevention@SonicWall.com and provide the following information:

  1. A scanned copy of your invoice
  2. Your desired MySonicWall.com account username/email address
  3. The serial number you are attempting to register
  4. The authentication code shown on the box

Grey Market Prevention will investigate the situation to determine if the registration block can be released.
