How to provision new tenants in MSSP monthly

Description

This Article describes the process to provision new Tenants in MSSP Monthly in mysonicwall.com portal.

Resolution

1. Log onto your mysonicwall.com account.

2. Once logged IN – On the left-hand side click on Monthly Billing | Monthly Products

3. To add a new tenant, Click on Provision

4. Click Tenant

5. Enter the Tenant Name, Tenant Number, Contact Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address

NOTE: The Tenant Number is a unique alpha numeric ID used to identify the tenant. (Eg: Tenant Contract ID or Salesforce ID)


6. Click on Next Add Product.

7. MySonicwall will suggest a Standardized Address. You can chose either of the Address.

8. Choosing The Correct Address will complete the provisioning of the tenant which is followed by provisioning a product.

NOTE: The Tenants created under My Group section of your account can not be used for provisioning in MSSP.For provisioning MSSP products, the Tenants must be created/provisioned in MSSP Monthly.
