How can I exclude IP address from SonicWall Content Filter service (CFS) 4.0?

Description
IP address, IP ranges and IP network can be manually added to or deleted from the CFS Exclusion List. Content filtering is disabled for IP addresses in the CFS Exclusion List. These address ranges are treated as trusted domains.
Resolution
Resolution for SonicOS 7.X
This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.
- Login to the SonicWall Management Interface.
- Navigate to POLICY | Security Services | Content Filter.
- Under CFS EXCLUSION, select Create new address object from the drop-down list. Add Address Object window will display.
- Configure as below.
- Click Save to save the newly created Address Object.
- Refresh page and then select the newly added address object from the drop down list.
- Click Accept

- Login to the SonicWall Management Interface.
- Navigate to Manage | Security Configuration |Security Services | Content Filter.
- Under CFS Exclusion, select Create new address object from the drop-down list. Add address Object window will display.
- Configure as below.
- Click OK and then click Accept button at the bottom left of the page to save the configuration.

Resolution for SonicOS 6.2 and Below
The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 6.2 and earlier firmware. For firewalls that are generation 6 and newer we suggest to upgrade to the latest general release of SonicOS 6.5 firmware.
- Login to the SonicWall Management Interface.
- Navigate to Security Services | Content Filter.
- Under CFS Exclusion, select Create new address object from the drop-down list. Add address object window will display.
- Configure as below:
- Click OK and then click Accept button on the top of the page to save the configuration.
