Disabling SonicPoint/SonicWave Management for a Zone

For a whole Zone, you can disable the firewall management. By disabling the option, firewall stops managing the APs of that Zone, and considers those APs as other network devices.

To change a firewall-managed Zone to a WNM-managed Zone

  1. Navigate to Objects > Match Objects > Zones.

  2. Select the Zone Subject and go to Settings.

  3. On the Zone Settings page, click on the Wireless tab.

  4. Enable the option, Disable SonicPoint/SonicWave management option.
