NSa 2800 and NSa 3800 Licensing

In the NSa 2800 and NSa 3800 hardware-only units, default or seed licenses include stateful High Availability (HA) and various firewall features such as NAT (Network Address Translation), Access Control Lists (ACL), advanced routing, and device management. This management includes 7-day alerts via SonicPlatform or NSM On-Premises, basic reporting, and technical support.

With the hardware, you can also select from the additional protection service suite bundles SonicWall offers for the NSa series firewalls. Choosing the appropriate security service suite provides essential security services that protect against known and unknown attacks. The Essential Protection Service Suite (EPSS) provides basic security services, while the Advanced Protection Service Suite (APSS) and the Managed Protection Service Suite (MPSS) offer enhanced security features that extend the protection of your network with crucial cloud security services.
