Managing the Citrix Agent

To enable users to access Citrix resources, you must configure the appliance with Citrix agent.

To configure the appliance for each Citrix agent, upload the agent file to the appliance. The SMA appliance provisions the Citrix agents to users the first time they access a Citrix resource from WorkPlace.

To install the Citrix agents

  1. In the AMC, navigate to User Access > Agent Configuration.

  2. In the Other Agents section, click Configure next to Graphical terminal agents.

    The Graphical Terminal Agents page displays.

  3. To specify the Windows agent, configure the Windows settings under Citrix agents:

    1. In the Agent file field, type the path for the agent file, or click Browse to locate it.

    2. Click Save to transfer the file to the SMA appliance.

  4. To specify the macOS agent, configure the Mac OS X settings under Citrix agents:

    1. In the Agent file field, type the path for the agent file, or click Browse to locate it.

    2. Click Save to transfer the file to the SMA appliance.
