Upgrading from Capture Client Advanced to Premier on Monthly Billing (MSSP Monthly)

This article will provide step by step instructions on how to convert or upgrade a Capture Client license from Advanced to Premier under Monthly Billing

Resolution

Follow the below steps to upgrade Capture Client from Advanced to Premier in Monthly Billing:


  1.  Log in to your mysonicwall.com account

  2. Click on Monthly Billing and Monthly on the left menu

  3. Click on Edit Product Provisioning for the Capture Client you wish to upgrade to Premier.

  4. Change your expiration date to expire within the next two days. This is a requirement to be able to swap the bundle types. Click Provision

  5. Click on Edit Product Provisioning and select Premier from the Services drop down menu

  6. You can set the upper limit for Units and the Expiry Date as per your requirement. Click Provision.

NOTE: Follow the same step-by-step instructions provided in this document for downgrading the licenses from Premier to advanced and upgrading the licenses from Basic to Advanced/Premier
