SSLVPN users with TOTP not connecting due to File Not Found

Description

'File not found!' page is displayed when TOTP user logins into SSLVPN portal page. Ordinary SSLVPN user can login into SSLVPN portal page.

The issue happens on 6.5.3.1 which introduces this new feature.

Resolution

Right now there are 2 workarounds:

  • Disable OTP until the issue is fixed
  • Replace the URL path "/sslVpnPostlogincheck.html" with "/sslvpnVirtualOffice.html" after the Virtual Office login page.

    NOTE: The URL is case sensitive.

The issue is being investigated by our developers.
