SSL-VPN users are not receiving the pop-up window for One Time Password

Description

You already have configured the OTP for your SSL-VPN users as described in the KB: How to configure One Time Passwords.

When your SSL-VPN users are authenticating in NetExtender versions 8.0.238 and 8.0.241 with their credentials, they receive the One Time Password at the email specified above, however, the NetExtender client is never prompting the pop-up window to insert this password.

The NetExtender client stays on "Connecting..." and "Verifying user...".

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the latest version of NetExtender. To download the latest version of NetExtender, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the SonicWall VPN Clients page at https://www.sonicwall.com/products/remote-access/vpn-clients/.
  2. Select NetExtender and under Get NetExtender for Windows, click DOWNLOAD.

  3. This will download the latest version of NetExtender.
