SMA100: Policies are not applied correctly post upgrade to 10.2.2.1, works with 10.2.1.15

The access rule policy is broken after the system was upgraded to 10.2.2.1-90bsv from 10.2.1.15-81sv.

Rule: Allow RDP destination 172.x.1x2.34 and block 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 blocks All was working, and after the upgrade, to 10.2.2.1 it blocks all destinations rather than allowing 172.x.1x2.34.

This was working before the upgrade of 10.2.2.1-90sv.

Engineering identified the issue and fixed it in the upcoming SMA patch Version-10.2.2.2.
