Generating a CSR with 4096-bit encryption generates a zip file with the server.key file only and no server.csr file.

Generating a CSR with 4096-bit encryption generates a zip file with the server.key file only and no server.csr file after upgrade from 10.2.1.15 to 10.2.2.1

Engineering indentified the issue, and a fix will be added into the upcoming SMA patch version-10.2.2.2
