This article describes how to enable scheduled Tech Support Report (TSR) generation on SMA 100 series appliance.
Navigate to the internal setting of the SMA by accessing  https://ip address/cgi-bin/diag
Then click on "Internal Settings".
Enable Scheduled TSR generation.
The SMA appliance will need to be restarted.

There is also an option available to generate TSR on each restart of SMA unit.

How to test:
After some time go to System | Diagnostics and check if any TSR has been generated.
TSR reports can also be emailed to specific email address configured.
NOTE: You can set up TSR generation daily or hourly. SMA unit will save last 12 TSR reports.
