Security permissions required to integrate ConnectWise Manage with MySonicWall

We recommend Partners/Customers to setup an API user with Admin capabilities in CWM while they are working on integrating ConnectWise Manage PSA Platform with MySonicWall. However, there might be circumstances where Customers or Partners are unwilling to provide the API member an Administrator security role because of certain security compliances or other reasons.

These are the minimal security matrix (permissions) needed for an API member on ConnectWise Manage to function and integrate with MySonicWall, in the scenario where giving the API user an Admin permission is not possible. They can create a custom role with below listed permissions for API user to integrate with MSW.
