Post Entering the TOTP Netextender fails to connect on windows 11 with Error Message: Initializing connection pararmeters...failed!

Cause

This issue is seen on windows 11 update was on 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5018418)

Resolution

Updating the windows 11 MS patch to Update of (KB5018483) and (KB5018859) will fix the issue.
