MFA using authenticator App giving Invalid Code Error

Description

If you are experiencing errors or issues with the code from an authenticator app, you can choose to have the code emailed to you instead.  

Resolution

To have the code emailed to you instead follow the below steps:

  •   Navigate to www.MySonicWall.com

  •   If two-step verification is set up for the app and the code is not accepted. kindly use the option Email the code

  •   A code will be sent to the email address associated with your MySonicWall account.

  •    Enter the provided code under the field and click on Verify to access your MYSonicWall account    Image
