Login using MySonicWall to Capture Client Management

This article provides guidance on

  1. How to access CC Management console using MySonicWall credentials 
  2. How to enable access using MySonicWall credentials if not setup already

Resolution

  • When you access CC Management console directly, look for “Login with MySonicWall” option on the screen.Image
  • Click on “Login with MySonicWall” option and enter your MySonicWall credentials.Image


If you don’t have a MySonicWall account,  

  1. Visit MySonicWall to create an account and
  2. Contact your IT administrator to add your account to relevant usergroups in MySonicWall. Please refer to this KB article for more details.
